The first production run of our long sleeve Salty Scales apparel was an absolute success. We nearly sold out within twenty four hours, with only a handful of shirts remaining. Considering this was a soft launch, the response exceeded every expectation. We intentionally kept inventory conservative because we were unsure how strong demand would be and did not want to overextend ourselves. Clearly, our community showed up in a big way.
Because of that overwhelming support, I have already placed a substantial reorder and am working diligently to fulfill the dozens of pre orders that have already been submitted. If you have been waiting, thank you for your patience. We are moving quickly and scaling responsibly.
For those who have not heard, this new line has been in development for over a year. We are proud to say our microfiber performance shirts are manufactured right here in the United States. The material is lightweight, breathable, moisture wicking, and blocks up to ninety eight percent of harmful UV rays. These shirts are built for serious days on the water. They do not fade, they do not shrink, and the double stitched seams provide durability that holds up trip after trip.
We launched four primary designs to start: Redfish for men and women, Mahi, Tarpon, and Snook. The feedback has been incredible, and we are just getting started. I am already working on the Redfish Gen 2 design, along with several additional species that will roll out soon.
Our patent pending design stands apart in the fishing industry. There is truly nothing else like it from a design standpoint. Every detail was intentional. Every cut and pattern was created with anglers in mind.
