Easy Stuffed Crab Flounder Recipe

Ingredients Needed:
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 Spray of olive or vegetable oil
  • 1 cup crabmeat, drained
  • 1 small onion, chopped finely
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • 4 tablespoons fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped finely
  • 1 cup of bread crumbs
  • ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • Kosher salt and pepper for taste
  • 2 pounds flounder fillets (Butterflied)  

Crab Flounder Step 1
. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Step 2. Combine crab meat, onion, olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, parsley, bread crumbs, Worcestershire and wine and put to the side.  Add salt and pepper to taste. Step 3. Meanwhile, melt your butter and then brush your filets with the butter.  Spray a glass dish with oil and place your filets down.  Spread the crab mixture into the fish.  Step 4. Bake the fish for about 15 to 20 minutes, till the fish is flaky.  Quick and easy meal, which tastes fantastic! Remember to share your thoughts once you try the recipe.
